Joy Okobi AKA Joiy (Twitter: @iamjoiy_)  is a Nigerian Gospel Artiste, Songwriter, Musician and

a Master Coach based in Australia.

She started out at an early age in Nigeria and has been actively dedicated to music for almost two
decades on different levels as a background vocalist both locally and internationally whilst working
on various projects with a host of gospel musicians including Lara George, Paul Play, Sammie Okposo,
Uche Agu (double double) amongst others.

As a solo artiste, she toured the United Kingdom spreading the message of the gospel via music in 2013
and 2015. Joiy remains passionate about spreading the gospel and soul winning.

 

Asked what prompted this song, Joiy has this to say, "this song came as an insight at a point when life
was throwing its one of its most daunting challenges at me. I had to affirm by declaration who God is
regardless of the prevailing situation".

I DECLARE is produced by the phenomenal Dr. Wilson Joel and is a song that is guaranteed to lift your
faith and hope no matter the condition.

I DECLARE is a song for such a time as this whilst humanity so desperately needs God more than ever,
as a solution to the uncertain times the world has found herself.
